The KRA produced event of  The Maharajah’s Garden was a sell out success as part of the2011  Katherine Festival . 

The event inspired by the Travelling Suitcase Exhibition  ‘The Maharajahs Garden’ included a feast of Indian food and dance. President of the NT Indian Cultural Society Ms Megha Raut brought  two young Indian dancers from Darwin with a support team of parents and friends. The dancers provided two workshops prior to an evening of spectacular dance and food attended by over 250 people at  the National trust facility of ‘OKeeffe House’ on the banks of the lovely Katherine River.
