The Junk Arts Festival Committee and Board of Katherine Regional Arts (KRA) confirm our decision to withdraw the pillory sculpture from the Junk Arts Award 2019 on the grounds that it did not conform with the Award’s submission condition, ‘All entries must be suitable for public display’.
